Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times

- Australia: 7–28 business days
Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing.
Shipping costs
Free standard shipping on all orders.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed once your order leaves our facility. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We're unable to redirect parcels once dispatched, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us at freemanblackthorn@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Customs & duties
Orders are shipped duty-unpaid. In rare cases local customs may apply a fee, which is the recipient's responsibility.
